Trainer and Assessor

Kingsford Academy Australia (KAA) is an established college (RTO , CRICOS M) with 4 campuses located in the heart of the CBD in Sydney and Melbourne.

KAA offers a wide range of VET courses to our international students. KAA has modern campuses with a dynamic and fun team culture

We are currently looking for enthusiastic trainers to deliver the following qualifications:

CHC Certificate III in Individual Support:

CHC Certificate IV in Ageing Support:

CHC Certificate IV in Mental Health

As a Trainer and Assessor, you will be responsible for:

Deliver training to international students
Develop session plans
Assess student competency and provide feedback in a timely manner
Work within with the studentcentred ASQA compliance framework
Maintain all relevant student records and administration
Contribute to content development
Involvement in validation and moderation programs on a regular basis
Hold current or in the process of upgrading to the latest qualifications
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent
Significant work experience in relevant industry
Ongoing commitment to professional development
Minimum 1 years of vocational education and training experience is highly desirable
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
High level of organisation and prioritisation skills
Proficient in delivering training and conducting assessments to various student from different cultural backgrounds
Proficient in using computers; able to learn and understand how to use new software/programs at a basic level
Team Player with an ability to mix well with others and satisfactorily carry out tasks in liaison with colleagues
Have full Australian working rights
