Our Role
Reporting to the Performance and Reward Manager, your role is to support the Performance and Reward team (P&R) to undertake data analysis, provide remuneration advice and operational support in order to deliver our annual remuneration processes and achieve team allocated goals and objectives.
Your contribution to the role will involve:
- Development and execution of Performance & Reward strategies and designs, including frameworks, policies and programs around remuneration, benefits, recognition, performance management and short-term & long-term incentives.
- Provision of system support, data management and reporting, and manage stakeholder requests and queries for the annual remuneration review, annual performance review and other yearly processes.
- Preparing industry remuneration and benefit surveys and providing benchmarking support to the business
- Contribute to the preparation of reports for senior management and Boards.
Enthusiastic and self-motivated team player what we also look for in you:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, Commerce, Finance, Legal, or other related discipline
- Ideally at least 2 years' experience in remuneration and benefits
- Demonstrated ability with benchmarking capability with supporting remuneration and performance review cycles and systems
With your exceptional analytical and modelling skills you have the ability to query data and present the insights in a logical manner to your audience.
