We are currently seeking a highly passionate, organised and knowledgeable Treatment Coordinator to join our wonderful Aria Family.

This is a Full time position / 38 hours per week.

We are a 6 day practice. Rostered work days will fall between Monday and Saturday (inclusive).


Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Treatment Coordinating
  • be the primary point of contact for patients, confidently guiding the patient through each step of their special treatment journey.
  • Effectively communicate with each patient (building and maintaining a professional and caring Patient/TC relationship).
  • Be 100% patient focused.
  • Appointment book management.
  • Answering telephone calls.
  • Explain financial options and requirements.
  • Process patient accounts.
  • Coordinate patient laboratory work.
  • General administrative duties.
  • Assist fellow team members.

The ideal applicant will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

  • 2 years plus experience working in the Dental / Healthcare industry essential.
  • Professional appearance, very friendly and caring demeanor.
  • Proactive and positive energy.
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organised and efficient.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Ability to consistently provide an outstanding level of customer service.
  • Team player and flexible.
  • Proven oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and very dynamic environment.
  • Intermediatelevel competency in Microsoft Office suite of programs.
  • Experience in the use of Dental4Windows or other dental practice management software.
  • Permanent resident of Australia.
