Client Details
Adecco is thrilled to be partnering with an international company specialising in packaging and industrial supplies. They are a leading packaging manufacturer and distributor in the Asia-Pacific region.

The company provides a wide range of packaging solutions for various industries, including food and beverage, retail, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, and industrial sectors.

Our client offers products such as stretch films, shrink films, protective packaging, tapes, packaging machinery, and other associated packaging materials.

They also provide custom packaging solutions tailored to meet specific customer requirements.

Description
As a Flexographic Printer, you will be responsible for the following:

Producing high-quality Flexographic rewind according to the instructions provided via the Job Ticket.
Supervising and instructing the assigned Printers Assistant to ensure they understand and adhere to food safety and ISO processes.
Managing the continued implementation of HACCP and ISO policies, including maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe work area.
Ensuring a smooth handover to the next shift, providing clear communication and comprehensive reports.
Reporting any equipment faults/breakdowns and assisting in their resolution whenever possible.
Managing systems and processes to minimise quality issues from raw material through to finished goods.
Implementing customerspecific quality requirements.
Investigating and reporting on waste percentages, as well as proposing process improvements to reduce waste.
Following work, safety, and procedural instructions from senior management.
Contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives.

Profile
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and experience:

Certificate III in Printing (may be flexible depending on years of experience).
Previous flexographic experience (highly regarded but not essential).
Experience within the packaging industry (highly regarded).
Technical aptitude and a strong understanding of machinery.
Problemsolving skills and the ability to work well in a team.
The ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Motivation to remain educated and uptodate with developments in the printing industry.

Job Offer

We are currently hiring for the following shifts:
Day Shift: 06:00-14:00

Afternoon Shift: 14:00-22:00 (20% loading)
Night Shift: 22:00-06:00 (30% loading)
