Job Description:
Are you an experienced FP&A Analyst looking to join a global ASX listed blue chip organisation and take the next step in your career?
As a valued part of the Finance team, this role has been newly created to support continued business growth.
Your role will provide support to the Australian business with understanding and insights through business performance reporting and analysis, which in turn will drive decision making.
Based at our North Ryde office, this role reports directly to the Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, Australia. This is initially a 12-month fixed term contract.The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Prepare and review month end performance results, delivering quality and insightful commentary
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, variance analysis and management reporting
- Develop improved metrics for reporting to senior management
- Seek and drive continuous improvements to current FP&A activities
- Report on KPI's on key business drivers and metrics to monitor performance and trends
- Support the business through consolidated analytics, insights, gap analysis and commentary for management reporting to support the delivery of business targets and initiatives
- CA/CPA qualified
- FP&A experience within a large complex multinational business
- Strong analysis, problem solving and presentation skills with outstanding attention to detail
- Excellent written, verbal, and relationship building skills with the ability to engage across different levels of management
- A drive for career growth and professional development
- Intermediate Excel skills essential and previous experience with Hyperion or a similar planning tool
- The ability to manage competing deadlines and juggle conflicting priorities
Bachelors - Accounting
Preferred Level of Work Experience
- 5 years
