Job Description Summary

Service Stream is looking for a Project Coordinator to join the completions team to assist with the monitoring of completions artefacts
About the Role

Overall management and coordination, and completion of documentation in accordance with client standards
Assist in the review of the completion requirements to ensure adherence to all standards
Work with clients and subcontractors to ensure all groups are aligned with the requirements of completions.
Coach, support and mentor Service partners to ensure delivery is maintained
Assist in the rectification of issues and queries
Support the wider project team by assisting in the reviewing and updating of project status, identifying opportunities for improvement, and managing delays
Assist in the analysis of trends and escalating issues
Assist in the analysis and management of the completion commitment dates with the project schedule
Review and critique Construction Partner updates prior to entering into the schedule.
Drive the rectification of defects pre and post request of completion
