We are searching for a
Revenue Growth Manager to join our Revenue Growth Team in Sydney, reporting into our Category & Revenue Growth Director.

This is an
8-month parental leave cover role. The role is hybrid, which means you'll have the flexibility to work from home much of the time.

You will lead a team of 6 to deliver sustainable pricing and pack price strategies which optimise return for our customers and business, using data-driven insights.

You will work closely with our Sales, Marketing and Finance teams, having the opportunity to make a tangible and valuable impact on the business.

A day in the life

Incorporate brand visions, market dynamics and competitor activity to develop robust pricing and promotional strategies
Implement regular price reviews with customers through a wellmanaged execution process
Provide efficient promotional planning and analysis to your internal customers
Improve commercial and financial acumen across Sales, Marketing and Finance
Lead and develop a high performing team and champion a growth culture.

What you'll bring

A depth of commercial experience (9+ years) within the fastmoving consumer goods sector
The ability to partner with and influence senior leaders
Deep expertise in analytics and optimisation
The ability to lead a mediumsized team and develop team members
A relevant university degree (e.g. analytics, finance, business or engineering).
