_ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE_
As

PM SUPERVISOR Reporting to the Depot Manager and working on our PM Hours

(1 PM to 11 PM). This position will support the team in allocating, route planning, and dispatching interstate changeovers and regional line haul Key Areas.

Looking for an immediate start.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Managing the daily allocations and deliveries
Ensure daily reporting is completed accurately and in a timely manner
Data entry and various administrative tasks
Trailer allocation as required monitoring trailer and prime movers
Liaising with customers to build strong relationships
Monitoring drivers' fatigue this includes drivers' declaration and run sheet checks
Fully utilize all provided operational tools

SKILLS ESSENTIAL TO THE ROLES:

Proven experience in a similar role involving transport load planning, driver allocating or fleet allocating desirable
Intermediate to advanced computer skills experience with TMS highly regarded
Ability to work in a fastpaced and highpressured environment
Highly organized with the ability to work calmly and efficiently in a very highpressure environment
