    About You
    You are a seasoned recruitment consultant with extensive experience recruiting white collar professional roles (ideally at senior/executive level). You excel at using linkedin recruiter for resourcing purposes and can demonstrate proven head-hunting expertise. You have a strong creative writing ability to comfortably write job advertisements, role briefs, and candidate reports. You have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), are self-motivated, and have strong time management skills. You are reliable, open, and honest, with a mature approach to work, and take pride in delivering a quality service to candidates and clients. Ideally you will be based in Southeast QLD (Brisbane, Gold Coast, or Sunshine Coast) however candidates from other locations considered. Candidates wishing to work as an ABN contractor preferred.

    Here is your opportunity to join Arete Executive, Queensland's only research-based, fully retained senior and executive search company. Now over 15 years old, Arete Executive provides headhunting services across most industries throughout Australia. Due to continued growth and success, Arete Executive now requires an additional Recruitment Delivery Consultant to join the team. In this role there is absolutely no business development or sales required as you will focus only on recruitment delivery, sourcing and screening for multiple leadership positions. This rare 100% home-based position offers flexible hours to accommodate your work/lifestyle requirements (children, study, sporting commitments etc.) as you are focussed on delivering retained assignments over a specified time frame. Full training will be provided on the "Arete way" however you must be able to hit the ground running to be successful.
