The Monash Health Post Acute Care Team is excited to announce a temporary position available for a Clinician (Allied Health Professional or Registered Nurse).

This position is full time from 20/3/23 until 14/7/23 to cover Long Service Leave and presents an excellent opportunity for likeminded Clinicians to join a dynamic team that strives for excellence in Service delivery to our clients.

About the Role:


  • The role is integral to ensure that referred clients for PAC are triaged, registered and allocated to clinicians in order to coordinate services.

About You:


  • You are experienced, flexible and dynamic Nursing or Allied Health Professional that is looking for a change in career.
  • We are a high performing team and we ensure that our client's journey through Community Health is seamless and timely, it is therefore vital that we have a likeminded Clinician to continue this journey with us

What You Need:


  • Relevant Qualifications in Allied Health or Nursing Related Field
  • Current Victorian Driver's Licence
  • Demonstrated recent experience working in an acute or community setting
  • Minimum 5 years post graduate experience
  • AHPRA registration or registration with National Registration Authority
  • Australian working rights
