About the role
This is a full-time casual opportunity to work with a well-known client based at Knoxfield, VIC.
As an Administration Support you will be:
- Managing customer orders and enquiries
- Liaising with the suppliers
- Raising and closing purchase orders
- Monitor inventory as well as manage employee timecards and payroll entry
- General administration (photocopying, Banking, filing etc.)
About you
- Minimum 1+ years of experience as an administrator or customer service
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Intermediate Microsoft office skills
- Demonstrated experience in customer service
- Ability to work independently
