About the role
This is a full-time casual opportunity to work with a well-known client based at Knoxfield, VIC.

As an Administration Support you will be:

  • Managing customer orders and enquiries
  • Liaising with the suppliers
  • Raising and closing purchase orders
  • Monitor inventory as well as manage employee timecards and payroll entry
  • General administration (photocopying, Banking, filing etc.)

About you

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience as an administrator or customer service
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft office skills
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service
  • Ability to work independently
