_ We are currently seeking a Maintenance Services Supervisor to join our team on a part-time basis, 3 days per week. The position is based at our Freemason's home in Lindisfarne and will service the southern Retirement Living portfolio. _


The position is responsible to oversee, coordinate, monitor and evaluate an efficient and effective preventative and corrective maintenance program for buildings, equipment and grounds at the facility.


Requirements:


What you can bring to the role:

  • Experience in maintenance and grounds management.
  • Knowledge or experience in establishing and coordinating a maintenance program.
  • A genuine interest for working in aged care.
  • An ability to communicate with a diverse range of people.
  • Welldeveloped customer service skills.
  • A capacity to manage a diverse and demanding workload.

_A relevant trade background would be highly regarded but not essential._
