The Scheduler role will see you based in our client office in Perth, and will be responsible for the maintenance scheduling function on our major Oil & Gas project.

Key responsibilities

  • Reviewing, planning and scheduling all recurring PM (preventive maintenance) activities.
  • Development of an integrated maintenance work schedule for the maintenance area supervisor/leads (including PM, PDM, and nonemergency repair work orders).
  • Ensuring completed schedules and work orders are returned promptly and that all completed work orders are filled out completely by the craftsman, maintenance supervisor, and authorized contractor representatives.
  • Reviewing and identifying changes needed to PM program (based on activity results) and/or changes to equipment design and/or inventory management practices to optimize the overall maintenance process.
  • Lead and assist asset planners to deliver executable work for offshore facilities.
  • Coordinate the allocation of core labour crews for fixed plant shutdowns
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, understanding all supply forecasts and ensure that vendors adhere to any and all processes and standards.
  • Train and assist junior staff in planning processes, SAP training, and answering client queries.

What you will bring

  • Similar experience as a maintenance scheduler/planner in the resources industry.
  • Maintenance scheduling using SAP.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels.
  • Proof of right to work in Australia
