About the opportunity

Key activities:

Provide specialist advice to support clinical governance and quality improvement framework
Ensure clinical principles are embedded and aligned across the organisation to deliver high quality and safe client care
Build key relationships with relevant internal departments to implement service and clinical effectiveness priorities
Develop and review policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high quality clinical services and care
Prepare and support wider team for Board and governance committees
Implement and monitor a system of internal quality auditing to identify compliance and performance

We would love to hear from you if you have

Division 1 AHPRA Registration
Demonstrated clinical experience with comprehensive knowledge of clinical governance.
Quality management and governance practice experience.
Experience in report writing using research literature.
Proven ability to build and refine service and governance frameworks in a crossdisciplinary and complex service.
Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and strategic planning abilities.
Experience in broad range of aged care services community, residential and retirement villages (desirable)
