About the opportunity

Key activities:

  • Provide specialist advice to support clinical governance and quality improvement framework
  • Ensure clinical principles are embedded and aligned across the organisation to deliver high quality and safe client care
  • Build key relationships with relevant internal departments to implement service and clinical effectiveness priorities
  • Develop and review policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high quality clinical services and care
  • Prepare and support wider team for Board and governance committees
  • Implement and monitor a system of internal quality auditing to identify compliance and performance

We would love to hear from you if you have

  • Division 1 AHPRA Registration
  • Demonstrated clinical experience with comprehensive knowledge of clinical governance.
  • Quality management and governance practice experience.
  • Experience in report writing using research literature.
  • Proven ability to build and refine service and governance frameworks in a crossdisciplinary and complex service.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and strategic planning abilities.
  • Experience in broad range of aged care services community, residential and retirement villages (desirable)
