Description
The role reports directly into The Group Head of L&D and will be supporting the organisations largest L&D initiatives:- Planning, scheduling, logistics and coordination of complex group-wide organisational development programs
- Building strong relationship and leveraging on these to support the delivery of OD programs
- Participant management including enrolment, attendance management and reporting to ensure programs are well attended
- Work collaboratively with key contacts to ensure attendance across crucial programs
THE CANDIDATE
If you are a super-star planner that has experience coordinating large projects on a massive scale then this is for you You must have a passion for organising & planning and be able to coordinate complex programs across various schedules.
Experience in an EA or workplace planning role is advantageous and you must possess sound knowledge of virtual rostering cyclic and daily rostering function.
