As a Timber Framer, you'll play a pivotal role in the construction of our timber frame buildings, from residential homes to commercial structures.

You'll work with a team of experienced craftsmen to assemble, erect, and finish timber frames according to precise specifications and industry standards.

This role offers an opportunity to showcase your expertise in traditional joinery techniques while contributing to the creation of unique and beautiful spaces.

• Interpret architectural drawings and plans to determine timber frame layout and joinery details.
• Select and prepare timber materials, ensuring quality and adherence to project requirements.
• Cut, shape, and join timber components using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
• Assemble timber frames onsite, following safety protocols and best practices for structural integrity.
• Collaborate closely with team members, including carpenters, designers, and project managers, to ensure efficient workflow and project success.
• Participate in site inspections and troubleshooting to resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards for safety and cleanliness.
• Continuously expand your knowledge and skills in timber framing techniques and materials.

• Proven experience in timber framing or carpentry, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in traditional timber framing techniques, including layout, joinery, and assembly.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to craftsmanship and quality.
• Excellent handeye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Comfort working at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Experience with power tools and woodworking machinery.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Certification or training in carpentry or timber framing is a plus.
