We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and positive individual to manage the Front of House (FOH) scoop team in Mount Lawley, Northbridge and Fremantle.
Main duties will include:
- Managing of all staff and customer relations for Mount Lawley
- Continuous training, recruitment and procedure management,
- Direct report to owners,
- Weekly rostering and staff mentorship,
- Commitment to 30 hours per week.

- Stocktaking and ordering
- Minimum 2 years experience in a managerial role
- Minimum 3 years experience in Hospitality
- Strong communication skills with internal staff, customers and suppliers
- Must have initiative, excellent customer service skills, motivated to drive and lead a team, attention to detail and product quality
- Experience in business development, strategising and increasing sales & profitability
- Valid Australian Drivers' Licence preferred

$60, $70,000.00 per year
