The Supreme Court of Victoria is seeking to recruit an experienced and customer focussed People, Wellbeing and Culture Business Partner.


To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience working in a human resources business partnering role, or similar position in a high pressure, corporate or government environment.

You will have excellent communication skills, with demonstrated experience building strong, positive relationships with a broad range of stakeholders across an organisation.


You will be a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, and you will be experienced in providing contemporary HRM advice and support.


Duties include:


  • Develop and maintain collaborative business partnerships with your allocated work groups, providing accurate, timely and consistent advice and support across the breadth of human resource management related matters
  • Ensure compliance of advice with legislation and industrial instruments
  • Prioritise the advocacy of diversity, equity and inclusion in workplace discussions and recruitment
  • Actively participate in the team's commitment to internal review and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide payroll support to ensure the delivery of accurate payroll services for the judiciary and staff
