    The role:

    Knight Frank Australia are excited to be recruiting for a proven leader in commercial office leasing to join our North Sydney team as an Associate Director in our 100 Mount Street, North Sydney office.

    As well as leveraging your existing network, you will be responsible for identifying new leasing opportunities and generating activity across relevant markets and supporting the agency business through cross selling.

    Your ability to build and sustain relationships with a variety of stakeholders will be the key to your success

    Key responsibilities:

    • Carry out systematic canvassing for new business and clients.
    • Review and assess assets and provide leasing recommendations.
    • Deliver high level of expertise to clients.
    • Negotiate and transact the leasing of properties.
    • Conduct comprehensive marketing campaigns.
    • Promote the Knight Frank Agency team and its members to the marketplace generally.
    • Fosters strategic alliances, business partnerships and relationships to better develop Knight Frank services.
    • Achieve individual revenue and contribute to achieving department revenue and profitability targets.
    • Provide high quality financial analysis to support forecasting and trends.

    Who are we looking for?

    • Proven experience in Commercial leasing.
    • Proven track record in new business development
    • Extensive knowledge and experience of the retail /commercial property industry
    • Professional qualifications in Property, Business or Finance
    • Agents Representative Certificate / Certificate of Registration and/or Real Estate License

    Full Time position

    Salary range on offer for the position is between 90, ,000 exclusive of super.
