About the Role:


The Marketing Assistant will be a key role within the Marketing team and will assist with the implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns, support event coordination and corporate partnerships, as well as provide general administrative support.


In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Work with the Marketing and Communications Manager and wider marketing team to implement communications and marketing activities; and develop promotional materials as required.
  • Monitor our social media channels and upload content to our websites;
  • Act as the first point of contact with key internal and external stakeholders and triage enquiries to the team;
  • Assist with event coordination including expos/exhibitions, new product/service launches or bespoke events
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing and Communications Manager and the wider marketing team
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement processes
  • Min 1 to 2 years of experience within a similar role
  • Highly developed communication skills both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, social media and content management systems
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Relevant qualifications and/or experience in marketing or communications is essential
