About the College

About the role
Manage VASS administration for the College by

Setting up VCE/VCE VM & VET Classes and allocate teachers
Importing VCE student programs
In conjunction with Learning Leader, Vocational Pathway upload, VCE VM enrolments, VET Enrolments and SWL enrolments
Enrolling students undertaking external studies eg, Distance Learning, VSL etc
Oversee the VASS requirements and enrollments for VCE Offshore students, in conjunction with the

Assistant Principal:
International Programs

Ensuring appropriate eligibility reports are run to confirm students are enrolled in valid programs
Accurately entering VCAA result requirements, including entry of Coursework scores, SAT results, VCE Unit Results, indicative grades, VET Scores and UOC outcomes
Providing timely, relevant documentation for teachers for VASS input and auditing of entered results
Providing data to Campus Organisers in relation to GAT, Special Provision outcomes and Audit requests
Ensuring appropriate compliance is completed to ensure student details and permissions are updated as per VCAA deadlines
Inconjunction with Learning Leadership Team, download and distribute VCE results and VCE Data Service packs to Leadership Team and Teachers
Distributing VCAA information to relevant stakeholders
Completing general VASS and VET administration tasks
