Role Description

FlexiPhone is searching for a Social Media Marketing Manager to become a key part of our startup as early stage partner.

The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and implementing social media marketing strategies and campaigns, creating engaging content, monitoring social media accounts, analysing performance metrics, and optimising social media presence.

This role is located in Canberra, with flexibility for some remote work.


Qualifications

Proficiency in Advertising Platforms: Experienced in leveraging advertising tools such as Meta Business Suite and Google Ads to create, manage, and optimise campaigns that effectively target and reach desired audiences, driving measurable business outcomes.

Strategic Planning and Analytics: Skilled in developing and executing social media strategies that align with business goals, along with the ability to analyse performance data to inform future campaigns.

Creative Storytelling and Content Creation: Ability to craft engaging, brand-aligned content across various social media platforms to captivate our audience and drive engagement.
