We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and experienced

Proposals Specialist to join our Australian team. The role is based in Sydney ideally, but we are open to other locations within Australia.

Actively supporting the Head of Business Development Australia, key responsibilities of the role include:

  • End to end bids and proposals management, from opportunity tracking to debriefs
  • Contribution to the continuous improvement of the bid process and library
  • Work in close collaboration with the ANZ Bids Centre of Excellence team.
The role is suited for a well organised and proactive individual with strong communication skills who thrives under pressure.

This is a Business-to-Business environment and to be successful in this role you will need:


  • Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
  • Self driven
  • Proven proposal management and facilitation skills
  • Ability to write high quality and compelling content, also managing, editing and merging content contributions from others
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in the services industry
  • Outstanding people management skills and the ability to relate to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Great problemsolving skills
  • Remarkable attention to detail
  • Proficient using of the Microsoft Suite
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
