The Opportunity


As the Facilities Coordinator to the Property team in Springwood, you will be responsible for providing a high level of administration support to assist with a variety of tasks.

This is a truly varied role, with a blend of finance, property and operational management support, tenant liaison, customer service and general office administration duties.

This role is suited to someone looking for their first corporate role, someone looking for a new career or someone with previous team administration experience.


About you;

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail or hospitality, or another administration role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to interact with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and reporting
  • Strong organisational skills, the ability to problem solve and prioritise multiple tasks.
  • A keen interest in the Property industry
