THE ROLE
As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team
The Administration Team Leader position will be responsible for managing and coordinating our amazing admin team, currently consisting of three people, as well as being the senior team member in our business maintaining our CRM Salesforce and other internal records.
The successful applicant will have proven skills and over 5 years of experience in a senior administration role and laser-focused attention to detail.
ESSENTIAL
- Oversee the daytoday running of our Administration team
- Advanced experience managing a CRM
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Advanced experience in an invoicing role
- Great leadership and problemsolving skills
- Excellent phone manners and experience with multiline phones
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience using Xero
- Impeccable internal data maintenance and record keeping
- Ability to liaise with external suppliers
- Ability to adapt between changing priorities and manage their own and the team's workload
- Exceptional attention to detail across all aspects of the role
DESIRABLE
- Previous experience working with Salesforce
- Previous experience working in or passion for hairdressing/beauty industry
- Previous experience in a purchasing officer role
