Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers on structural, facade, and external works.
  • Ensure all construction is carried out according to plans, specifications, and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and enforce strict safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Communicate project progress to senior management and other stakeholders through detailed reports.
  • Resolve any issues that arise, ensuring mínimal impact on the project timeline and budget.
  • Train and motivate team members, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a construction Foreman, with a strong background in structures, facades, and external projects such as recreational decks and landscaping.
  • Excellent understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Sound knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in the construction industry.
  • Effective communication and problemsolving skills.
  • Relevant certifications in construction management, building, or civil engineering are highly desirable.
