  • Level 5, $74,151 $83,563 p.a., plus up to 17% employer superannuation
  • Fulltime, fixedterm appointment for 12 months

The Opportunity

Student Services & Engagement SSE strives to provide a positive, transformational experience for all UniSC students and has a broad brief to deliver key initiatives and services that support students to succeed with their studies, thereby becoming lifelong learners and job ready graduates.

You will be responsible for assessing, developing, coordinating and reviewing activities associated with the Universities Admission and Credit Transfer processes in accordance with the University's Policies and Procedures.


You will:

- contribute to the continuous improvement of Student Business Services activities associated with Admission and Credit Transfer; and
- work closely with key stakeholders to assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of student-centric University processes relating to Admission and Credit.

You are a team player who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

You have well-developed organisation skills and possess the ability to assess problems and situations, as well as develop innovative solutions and respond in an effective and efficient manner.

Additionally, you are a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to liaise effectively with a variety of clients.


To be successful you will possess:

  • completion of a degree or training and/or relevant experience equivalent to completion of an undergraduate degree level qualification; or at least 3 years' experience within a student administrative context in a tertiary education environment;
- extensive knowledge and experience in the use of computerised student information system; and
- strong computer literacy, including proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office suite and the ability to develop, maintain, manipulate and report from data bases and in the use of a computerised management system.
