Located in NSW's Lake Macquarie district, Bayside Aged Care enjoys the coastal lifestyle of the Bonnell's Bay community. Our Home offers all levels of permanent, respite and palliative care.

Bayside offers bright and spacious single and companion rooms, featuring a variety of landscaped gardens to enjoy.

Ideally, we are seeking AIN's that can work multiple shifts:


  • Morning, Afternoon and Nights shifts available


You will have the opportunity to develop your aged care career under the guidance and mentorship of experienced nursing professionals within the aged care industry.

You will receive hands-on training and support from our dedicated RNs, and Management team.


Your duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Responsible for providing care provision in accordance with residents individualised assessed care needs.
  • Ensure resident care is within accordance to resident individualised care plan or as directed by RN and/or Care Manager.
  • Reports all incidents in a timely manner to Registered Nurse or Care
  • Completes all activities relating to Residents Care documentation Plans allocated on TRAX as required
  • Timely notification of changes in resident care to RN in charge and/or Care Manager
  • Ensure resident care is within the AIN scope of practice and as per Allity Quality Management Committee.
  • Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care (completed or currently studying)
  • Minimum of 6 months' work experience as an AIN within residential aged care, home care or disability services desirable


  • Immunisation record

  • COVID, including booster mandatory
  • Flexibility and reliability with a strong commitment to work
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff
  • Strong passion for working with the elderly
