KNOW THE ROLE
Blue Illusion boutique in Belconnen has a vacancy for an experienced Store Manager to join the team.

Based in the Westfield shopping center this is an exciting opportunity for someone to take over the store in the shopping hub of the district.

Blue Illusion Store Managers lead passionate sales teams that are inspired and empowered to deliver the achievement of sales.

Customers, Community, Relationships ands Learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Empower and guide your team to ensure business KPIS are met. This includes rolling out product knowledge, communicate operational updates, performance management, rewards, and recognition.
  • Continuously developing the team to recognise and highlight achievements and areas of improvement
  • Communicate company directives and action accordingly
  • Create rosters, approve timesheets and maintaining the stores wage budget
  • Visual merchandising standards and guidelines


  • Stock Management

  • Online fulfillment, receiving deliveries, actioning markdowns/price changes, P&L, coordinating stock takes
  • Store Eventing for Blue Illusion fundraising efforts

Including:
networking with local charities, organising fashion parades, partner with local vendors or business', securing models and inviting customers


Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience in fashion retail is advantageous but not essential
  • Minimum of 2 years management experience
  • Multitasking and selfmotivation are attributes that Blue Illusion seek
  • Strong administration skills
  • Leadership
  • Have a passion for customer service and inspiring our customers
