Due to the growth of our client's business we are recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join their close-knit team
Our client is a growing Insurance Broker with over 15 offices across Australia and even more overseas

We are looking for a highly driven and motivated individual, who is keen to help our client achieve their company goals and exceed their client's expectations when it comes to managing payments, reports and debtors.

Duties and responsibilities include:

Assist finance team in payments to the broker network in a timely manner
Assist in reviewing and managing exception reports and debtors
Assist in monthly installment services from Underwriters
Presenting the claim to underwriters to ensure the customer gets the best outcome possible
Work with management team on range of projects across the business
General Administration Support to management team

We are looking for someone with:

Experience working in finance or accounts assistant position
Basic understanding of accounting practices
Highly organised with that "can do" attitude
Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work in a teambased atmosphere
