Responsibilities include:

Developing commercial innovation strategies to support the sourcing, commercialisation, market engagement and partnership activities for key Innovation priorities in safety, sustainability and productivity.
Leading, coaching and mentoring team members and colleagues to ensure delivery against commercial targets and innovation strategies.
Executing strategically important sourcing projects in partnership with Innovation & Ventures and Asset Innovation teams.
Simplify and enable interfaces between Procurement teams, Innovation teams, and other internal functions.
Support system and process simplification (including simplified contracts) for innovation vendors and partners.

Skills required:

Effective problem solver, influencer and possess strong communications skills through all levels stakeholder engagement and have experience as working as part of a global team.
Ability to manage complexity and clarify ambiguity will be a key strength for this role.
We are looking someone with strong commercial acumen, that is passionate about innovation and creating lasting positive change.
Experience in Commercial, Procurement and/ or business consultancy/ project management is desirable.
Excellent communications skills with customer and product teams
Demonstrated background in producing high fidelity designs along with product/development team
