    The Role:

    As the junior commercial property manager, your day-to-day duties will include the below;

    • Supporting the Property Managers in managing a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial properties across the Eastern suburbs.
    • Overseeing lease renewals and ensuring smooth operations
    • Managing property maintenance and resolving related issues
    • Handling arrears management and general administrative tasks
    • Assisting with accounting responsibilities

    The Candidate:

    • A strong passion for Commercial property
    • Previous exposure to Commercial property
    • Exceptional organizational and administrative skills
    • Proficiency in written and verbal communication
    • Your Agents Rep or Agents Licence
