THE ROLE
We currently have the opportunity for a Mobilisation Administrator to join our Planning Department on a permanent, full-time basis.

  • Being the first point of contact for the Planning Department
  • Ensuring all incoming communications are directed to the relevant team in a timely manner
  • Maintenance of workflows, inboxes, and allocated jobs
  • Booking and organising flights, travel, and accommodation
  • Updating personnel leave requests
  • Minute taking during team meetings

ABOUT YOU

To be considered you will have the following:

  • Computer literate and have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Administration experience with proven attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exposure liaising with clients and suppliers
  • A great attitude towards work, showing a commitment to learn and grow within the team
  • Experience in the mining industry is highly desirable but not essential
