ABOUT THE ROLE

TAFE NSW are seeking a temporary full time Teacher of Sports Turf Management to work from the Kurri Kurri Campus.

The role is responsible for a range of activities, which supports learners, and enhances the student learning experience.

In the role, you will use your industry qualifications and experience to deliver a combination of both face-to-face educational programs and facilitate some online connected learning, enabling students to achieve their desired outcomes.

As a professional educator, you will be able to not only impart your technical skills but also your insight into emerging industry trends to your students.

The role is a temporary full-time 12-month contract and offers generous benefits and entitlements with a salary package between $96,158 - $114,039.

ABOUT YOU
You are highly flexible and adaptable with specialist knowledge and emerging skills in Sports Turf Management.

You will also have proficient computer skills using a range of different platforms and be able to implement record management.

To be successful in this role you must:

Hold the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or the TAE40110 qualification with the required additional upgrade units, or higher-level qualification in adult education.
Have a minimum of five (5) years relevant and postqualification experience in the Sports Turf Management industry relevant to your qualifications, part of which has been gained in the 18months. With the ability to understand the content of the learning materials and the processes used in the discipline.
