Essential requirements:


  • 2+ years of leadership experience as a manager in a premium dining environment
  • Previous restaurant management leadership experience
  • A positive and engaging attitude
  • Excellent time management, managerial and organizational skills
  • Success in developing highperforming teams and the ability to lead by example
  • Energized in a fastpaced environment
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
