Essential requirements:

2+ years of leadership experience as a manager in a premium dining environment
Previous restaurant management leadership experience
A positive and engaging attitude
Excellent time management, managerial and organizational skills
Success in developing highperforming teams and the ability to lead by example
Energized in a fastpaced environment
Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
