Cognizant is recruiting a Desktop Support Analyst, and the role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.Job Summary:
Roles & Responsibilities:
In your first few weeks in this Desktop Support role, you can expect to:
- Log and create Interactions, Incidents and Service Requests
- Track the progress of incidents and service requests through to closure with the Global Service Desk and other Resolver Teams
- Manage incidents, service requests and hardware failures
- Install, configure, and support enduser equipment and devices.
- Operating System and Application Support Experience
- Experience with Windows 10 and 11, Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex
- Experience with Mobility / Mobile Device Management / In Tune Support
- Apple iOS and Android OS
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
