The Role

Liaising with other IT Services teams and customers including business owners, ensuring sound advice is given regarding all aspects of administrative and systems support.
Assisting in the resolution of issues escalated by Tier 0 & 1 (IT Service Desk) and other teams within IT Services, ensuring incidents, requests and problems are resolved within short timeframes to a very high standard.

What you'll bring to this role

Degree with minimum 4 years' subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create systematic and manual documentation in both technical and userfriendly language.
Analytical and problemsolving skills illustrating experience with business process modelling and functional and technical requirements analysis.
Highly selfmotivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks under pressure.
