We have an ongoing full-time opportunity working only 35 hours per week.

Our team works from the Parramatta and Sydney offices a couple of times a week, and we offer a hybrid/flexible working environment.

We are offering a base salary of $101,947 up to $112,849 plus superannuation and leave loading on top

About the team
The People and Culture team is relatively new and sits within the Strategy, People and Governance division.

The team provides advice and services across the organisation in work health and safety, talent, learning, culture, people and performance.


About the role
In this role, you are a learning and development SME reporting to the Manager Learning and Culture.

In this role you will have an opportunity to partner with managers and the executive leadership team to provide expert advice and solutions to help build organisational capability.

Partnering with the leaders you will seek to understand training and development needs and provide effective and innovative solutions that are contemporary and fit for purpose.


In this role you will have the ability to gain exposure to many facets within the people and culture function including learning, development, performance and culture.

You will be supporting the development and delivery of learning content, programs and other focussed projects (e.g., culture, People Matters Employee Survey) across the organisation.

From a business-as-usual perspective, you will manage the LMS, induction, reporting and the annual performance development processes.

About you:

We are looking for an individual to join the team who:

  • has a customer mindset and can communicate, collaborate and influence diverse stakeholders
- strong experience in instructional design, training delivery and facilitation, and in administering a learning management system.
- able to work simultaneously to deliver on business-as-usual activities and the initiative to drive projects and programs
- is capable to develop and deliver high quality and tailored learning programs
- understands adult learning principles and practices

Essential requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience within learning and development, organisational development, or Adult Education.
  • Uptodate COVID19 vaccination status and able to provide acceptable proof.
