This Local Council located south-west of Sydney is actively seeking an A3 Accredited Building Surveyor to contribute to their team's project delivery.

ABOUT THE POSITION.

DUTIES.

Conduct site and building inspections
Issue OC and final OC
Provide written referrals and stakeholder consultation
Provide advice for class buildings

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

Accreditation as an A3 Certifier
Qualifications in Building Surveying (or related)
Class C driver licence
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
