Shutdown Maintenance Planner - Mechanical (Fixed Plant)

Work Location:
Solomon

  • Fortescue's Solomon mine is located on the traditional lands of the Eastern Guruma and Yindjibarndi peoples.

Roster:5D/3R Perth 4D/2R ex FIFO - site


Working at the Solomon Firetail OPF Your role will be to build and execute maintenance of SAP Master Data and integrated maintenance plans and schedules for the process plant and associated infrastructure to ensure safe and efficient delivery of the maintenance strategies in a supportive team environment that challenges you strive for the best and safest outcomes.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Scope, plan, schedule and coordinate maintenance of resources, parts, materials, and access to plant and equipment.
  • Comply with KPIs and safety standards
  • Ensure effective communication and cooperation between maintenance, vendors and production teams for the safe execution and maintenance activities
  • Support the electrical and wider maintenance planning teams to support planning efforts and demands

Qualification and Experience:


  • Ore Processing Facility Fixed Plant shutdown maintenance experience essential
  • SAP CMMS knowledge and demonstrated experience essential
  • Shutdown planning and scheduling experience essential
  • Mechanical trade qualification preferred
