INTERNAL SALES OFFICER


Our client, a very well known and established company who manufacture and supply construction materials with outlets over Melbourne is seeking to appoint two Internal Sales Officers to join their team at their main HQ based in Notting Hill.


The Role

They are seeking to add two Internal Sales Officers to join they busy 'hands on' team at Notting Hill, to help them to keep up with the demand from our customers.

Your responsibilities will include all aspects of the internal sales process and key focuses include;

  • Liaising and building ongoing successful relationships with customers
  • Processing sales orders
  • Completing works orders
  • Day to day management of the branch sales of various products
  • Picking and packing of stock as required by client
  • Placing orders as required, taking sales calls
  • Follow up of quotes, etc.
  • Organising delivery / pick up of products from trucks, couriers, etc.

Experience

  • Previous Sales experience is preferred, in addition to this extensive on the job training will be provided relating to specific products
  • Those with retail sale experience who want a career change will also be considered.
  • Basic computer and telephone skills
