We are currently recruiting a renewables energy leader on behalf of our client, a leading global engineering consultancy firm specializing in providing high-quality engineering solution for a wide range of industries including renewable energy, infrastructure, and transportation.

My clients' team of experts strives to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions that meet their clients' needs while ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

Lead the renewable energy team and provide guidance on decarbonisation and hydrogen
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and lead the business development

efforts for the renewable energy team

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards
Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates to the project team
Review technical reports and deliverables
Provide thought leadership on renewable energy, decarbonisation, and hydrogen issues

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in the renewable energy industry, with a focus on decarbonisation and hydrogen
Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies
Proven track record of business development and a good network of clients
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and mentor a team
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Proven ability to deliver highquality work on time and on budget
