Description
GHD is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join on an initial 12-month contract.
With location flexible across Australia's East Coast (preference NSW) and reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead - NSW, you will join an engaged group of passionate professionals and have the opportunity to play a key role in many landmark projects by recruiting the best talent for our multidisciplinary engineering and design consulting business.

This is a true partner opportunity working across a variety of internal client groups, that will see you deliver end-to-end technical recruitment whilst collaborating with stakeholders to advise on best practice and deliver fit for purpose solutions.
About You
- Significant internal TA experience (ideally within the engineering/design consulting or professional services sectors)
- Experience deploying attraction and selection strategies including LinkedIn Recruiter
- Analytical and considered mindset, using data and intelligence to inform recruitment tactics & strategies.
- Demonstrated experience building rapport and influencing stakeholders to drive best for business outcomes
- An enthusiastic team player eager to be part of a successful national centre of expertise,
- Ability to adapt to new processes and effectively deal with change
- Strong technology and systems capabilities (Microsoft and Oracle ATS)
- A proud brand ambassador who is eager to elevate GHD's employment brand in the market.
