Due to our rapid growth and continued success, our Adamstown Service Centre requires a customer focused professional who thrives on exceeding sales targets, can problem solve and continually go the extra mile.
The Role:
**- Full-time
- Monday to Friday
- 12:00pm)**
Assisting customers with advice, pricing and bookings for domestic and international shipments
- Invoicing & consigning parcels & freight, and resolving delivery issues
- Completing various administrative tasks within an agreed time frame to ensure the smooth running of the Retail Service Centre
To be successful in this role you must have:
- A valid and current driver's license
- Exceptional customer relations skills with demonstrated success in this area
- Confidence and competence in using point of sale computer programs and MS Office
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Strong selling and conversion skills
- A unique ability for quick thinking, problem solving and organising
- Physical fitness with a positive, vibrant & high-spirited approach
- A success and results driven attitude
Salary:
From $60,000.00 per year
