Salary Range:130K - 160K

Job Context:

We're seeking a 'Principal Migration Agent' team who will lead the team of Registered Migration Agents and possesses in-depth knowledge of migration laws, rules, and visa regulations.

This role requires guiding the team through the complexities of immigration processes while ensuring compliance and delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide guidance and direction to the team of Registered Migration Agents and migration admins.
Oversee performance, productivity, and development of the team and achieve team targets.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes.
Provide timely and accurate advice regarding visa options and immigration issues.
Assist clients with immigration compliance.
Support international students and provide immigration assistance.
Manage caseload efficiently and collaborate with other Migration agents within the team.
Represent PFEC Global and engage in social media presence for migration policy updates.

Qualifications and Experience:

Hold a minimum bachelor's degree in any field.
Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as Registered Migration Agent.
Having experience in the similar role will be an added advantage.
Must be a Registered Migration Agent with professional certification from the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA).
Preferred experience in visa subclasses 482, 485, 500, 685, 186, SBS, 407, 189, 190, 491, 494, CMT, Partner Visa, and AAT.
The ability to communicate in any South Asian Language will be considered an added advantage.
