- Supervise and manage current and proposed residential projects, ensuring delivery within financial parameters and timelines.
- Regularly report to the China head office and directors.
- Lead and manage the construction team to achieve desired outcomes.
- Oversee the full development lifecycle, from planning and approvals to delivery and construction.
- Coordinate internal resources and manage external consultants to develop project strategies.
- Negotiate with and manage relevant stakeholders and authorities.
- Assist with assessment and feasibility of acquisition opportunities.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with an Australian-based construction builder or developer.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, modeling, development, and acquisition within the property industry.
- Tertiary education in engineering, construction, project management, or related fields.
- Experience managing mid to high-rise residential projects and end-to-end construction management.
- Knowledge of the Sydney construction market.
- Strong contract negotiation and construction management skills.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, pre-construction management, and collaboration with in-house project teams.
- Experience managing the full lifecycle of projects, from inception to delivery.
- Residential development and project marketing experience is favourable.
- Strong financial acumen with budget and cost management skills.
