- Identify trends and determine system improvements to achieve marketing and sales operational goals
- Prepare an annual budget to meet marketing and sales financial target
- Develop field sales action plans and advertising to accomplish marketing and sales
- Identify different consumer requirements to properly identify marketing opportunities
- Research and capitalize on different marketing opportunities to improve product marketability and profitability
- Anticipate new opportunities to maintain relationship with important clients and suppliers
- Gather, investigate and summarize data and trends to provide accurate information through reports
- 10+ years' experience in providing sales support or in an executive administration role
- Abundant resources overseas, especially in China
- Strong team player with the ability to work effectively with all stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills (English and Mandarin)
- Strong problem solving ,decision making, organisational and time management ability
