About the role_
The role of the Marketing Coordinator is crucial in assisting the Marketing Manager with a diverse range of marketing initiatives while also independently handling their own marketing responsibilities within the department.
This position encompasses various marketing disciplines, with a specific emphasis on digital marketing and organizing shows and events.-
The role's responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to_

Digital_
- Source content for and manage the social media activities on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc., including paid campaigns.
- Keep the DBA website current and relevant with regard to layout and content, by managing updates in Wordpress.
- Monitor campaign performance and create monthly digital reports (GA4 / Meta)
Shows & Events_
- Look after the planning and execution of the company's trade show and event appearances both nationally and internationally.
- Coordinate the sourcing / production of the company's range of promotional giveaways, merchandise, and staff apparel.
- Manage the production of other, showrelated material, including flyers, product displays, etc.
Attributes, Skills & Qualifications:
- Formal qualification (degree/diploma) in Marketing or alternative, relevant background.
- Min. two years experience in a marketing generalist role
- Solid knowledge of digital platforms (predominantly Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn).
- Experience with digital metrics / reporting, incl. GA4 and Meta Business Suite.
- Knowledge of website software, especially Wordpress / WooCommerce
- Superior organizational skills and the ability to 'stay on top of things'.
- Driven, with a strong interest to achieve the best outcome for the business. Able to work as part of the Marketing team and take ownership of their assigned tasks / projects.
- Genuine interest in / affinity with anything automotive and/or technical products a bonus.
Key Stakeholders:
- Marketing department (Marketing Manager, Graphic Designer, Content Producer)
- Sales, Product Management departments
- Customers (distributors, workshops and trade, DIY end consumers)
- Marketing Agencies
- Trade show / event organisers and service providers
- Suppliers (merchandise, promotional items, event equipment, etc.)
