- You will be managing a caseload of clients that you will service at their own homes (not stuck behind a desk all day)
- Your super charged admin team will schedule your appointments and relieve you of administrative burdens
- Assessing and providing physical therapy techniques to a diverse population of clients (children to adults), including Home Care Package & NDIS clients.
- Utilising case history and clinical observations to develop and review treatment goals and therapy plans to suit the individualised needs of the client
- Monitoring client progress by keeping detailed up-to-date progress notes and client records and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Writing reports & referral letters
- Communicate information and support to families regarding therapy strategies and techniques
- Collaborate with clients extended care team and support network to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
- Liase with other clinicians and wider team to share learnings, best practices and develop, innovate and refine care plans that aim to provide the best outcomes for clients and their families
- Engaging in training and development
