The Role:


Supporting the General Manager and a team of nine, your role will be broad and consist of administration and Human Resources responsibilities.


  • Scheduling meetings
  • Internal and external events
  • Expense and invoice management
  • Liaising with vendors and building management
  • Office management coordination
  • Supporting recruitment team
  • Dealing with human resourcesrelated queries
  • Inductions, onboarding and offboarding
  • Assisting with new human resources initiatives
  • Assisting with engagement, wellbeing and work health and safety

To Be Successful:


  • Previous administration, office coordination or human resources experience
  • Ability to multitask
  • Willingness to learn with a forwardthinking mindset
  • Selfmotivated and solutions orientated
